The approaches of conservation depend on the nature of the conserved material, the objective of conservation, and the scope of conservation, mass reservoir and in vitro conservation. These approaches can be used very effectively for the conservation of the wild communities, forage plant, primitive cultivars, land races, sexual and asexual plants.
